Become the Queen Your Trauma Never Saw Coming.

Are you a Trauma Queen?

A Trauma Queen isn’t someone defined by trauma. She's  someone who refuses to let it run her life anymore.

You might be a Trauma Queen if you’re strong and capable on the outside… yet inside you feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break. If you’re tired of overthinking, overgiving, shutting down, or spiraling when your nervous system gets overwhelmed.

You’re not broken or dramatic.

You’re a woman whose body learned to survive—and who’s now ready to learn how to thrive.

If you’re craving tools, understanding, emotional clarity, and connection with women who get it… welcome home.

Here, Science & Somatics
Reign Together

Trauma healing happens when we involve the mind and the body—it lives in the whole nervous system, not just your brain.

We'll teach you the science behind your patterns, while giving you the somatic tools to transform them.

You’ll learn why you react the way you do—and what to do about it—so you can finally feel grounded, connected, and empowered in your own life.

grew up in religious trauma and survived a world that taught her to silence herself. She has spent years studying the nervous system, trauma science, psychology, boundaries, relationships, and emotional healing—and now teaches women what she’s learned in a way that’s clear, compassionate, and actionable.
