You're not burned out.
You've been abandoning yourself too long.
Trauma Queen Coaching
We help women heal from relationship and religious trauma, regulate their nervous systems, and build a life rooted in self-respect — not survival. With real science, somatic practice, and the kind of community that makes change actually stick.
IF THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR
She's been doing the work. She's just exhausted doing it alone.
You've read the books. You've done the therapy. You understand, at least on paper, why you are the way you are.
But something isn't shifting. You still spiral. You still shrink. You still wake up at 3am replaying conversations. You still find yourself giving to people who aren't giving back—and then wondering why you're so depleted.
Maybe a divorce, an empty nest, a health scare, or just watching the world and finally saying: enough. I can't keep doing this the way I've been doing it.

"I built this because I needed it. I wasted years learning what I'm going to hand you in six months. I just want women to heal faster — with more support than I had."
— Hope with Holly, Co-Founder

WHY THIS WORKS WHEN NOTHING ELSE HAS
Understanding your trauma is not the same as healing it.
Most approaches to healing ask you to understand yourself. Read this, journal that, go to therapy, take notes.
And that work matters. But your nervous system doesn't respond to information. It responds to experience. To practice. To repetition. To being in a room—even a virtual one—with women who are doing the same thing.
That's what makes Trauma Queen different.
Holly brings the science—the research behind your nervous system, your attachment patterns, your internal parts, your relationship history. You'll finally understand why you are the way you are.
Meagan brings the body—breathwork, somatic practice, and the lived experience of putting it all into practice inside yourself. She'll help you feel the shift, not just understand it.
Together, we give you both: the knowledge to make sense of your experience, and the practice to actually change it.

Holly is a trauma-informed coach, former pastor, former trad wife, and a woman who walked through religious trauma, a 20-year marriage, deep grief, and relentless self-study to get to the other side. She didn't just read the research—she lived it. She teaches the science of why you are the way you are, in plain language, with the warmth of a woman who has been exactly where you are.
Meagan is a somatic coach, breathwork facilitator, Reiki practitioner, and former policy analyst who spent a decade in recovery—from addiction, grief, divorce, and trauma—before dedicating herself to helping other women find their way back into their bodies. She holds the experiential piece of everything we do. She is the embodied half of this work.
