When the World Feels Unsafe:
A 7-Day Nervous System Reset

This is a daily practice for seven days. Each day includes a short teaching from Holly (10–20 minutes) on the science behind what your body is experiencing, a breathwork or somatic practice from Meagan (20–30 minutes) to help you feel the shift, a simple worksheet or reflection prompt, a reset practice you can return to throughout the day, and a grounding mantra.
