Friday Nov. 13 at 2 pm to Sunday Nov. 15 at 2pm 💤This intimate 3-day, 2-night retreat is for trans humans who are tired. Tired of being resilient. Tired of explaining yourself. Tired of bracing in your body, in conversations, in the world. You don’t need to have the “right” words for your experience. You don’t need to be at any particular stage of your journey. You don’t need to fix or defend anything about who you are. This retreat is about giving your nervous system a break from vigilance. 👑 This Weekend Is For Trans Humans Who: • Feel emotionally or physically exhausted • Live with chronic tension or hyper-awareness • Long to feel safe in their body, even briefly • Want connection without being a spokesperson or educator • Are craving rest, safety, laughter, and being held You may be strong, insightful, and deeply self-aware—yet still feel overstimulated or worn down inside. That doesn’t mean you’re fragile. It may mean you’ve been surviving in a world that asks a lot of you. This weekend is an invitation to set that down. 🌟 This Retreat Is Built Around One Core Idea: Trans people heal best in spaces where their existence is not questioned—and their bodies are approached with gentleness and respect. Throughout the weekend, we focus on: • Calming the nervous system • Supporting body autonomy and choice • Gentle, consent-based movement and breathwork • Co-regulation through safe, attuned connection • Rest, play, and deep exhale moments • Receiving instead of defending There is no pressure to share your story. No expectation to educate anyone. Everything is invitational and consent-centered. 💭 Expect a soft, welcoming weekend at Holly’s private farm and home—blending science-informed practices with warmth, creativity, and lightness. Think: • Cozy beds and slow mornings • Nourishing meals and snacks • Gentle body-based practices with full choice • Bonfires, journaling, crafts, and laughter • Time to nap, walk the land, or sit by the pond • Community that feels steady and safe Healing happens through safety, rest, and joy—not proving. 📝 Your Weekend Includes: • Lodging • All meals, snacks, and drinks • Guided nervous-system-calming sessions • Gentle workshops woven in naturally (self-trust, boundaries, emotional regulation) • In-home Massage and optional Reiki session ⛺ Choose from: • Glamping Inside: Individual tent and twin foam mattress in shared room • Queen Bedroom with hall bathroom • Queen Bedroom with ensuite bathroom
Cancellation Policy
By completing your purchase, you agree that: Your deposit secures your spot and is non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to another retreat or purchase of the Trauma Queen Online Course. If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Payment plans cannot be paused, canceled, or transferred. After payments are made, if you need to cancel, you must notify us prior to 14 days before the retreat to transfer any funds beyond your originil deposit. If you do not notify us within 14 days of the start of your scheduled retreat, you will be responsible for the full retreat cost, regardless of attendance or personal circumstances. Failed or disputed payments may result in removal from the retreat and collections action. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. By purchasing, you confirm you understand and accept these terms.
