Trauma Queen Retreats · For Those Ready to Go Deeper

Some healing needs to happen in a room with others & in a body that can finally breathe.

Our retreats are small, intimate, and transformative. Held at Holly's farm outside Charlotte and at beautiful locations throughout the year—these are spaces where women come to breathe, feel, grieve, laugh, and remember who they are.

Who This Weekend Is For:

Our slumber party retreats are for humans who:

  • Feel emotionally or physically exhausted

  • Give more than they receive

  • Struggle to fully relax, even when they have time off

  • Want deeper connection with other women without pressure or performance

  • Are craving rest, safety, laughter, and a sense of being held

You may be successful, capable, and high-functioning—yet still feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stretched thin inside.

That doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you.
It means your body has been in survival mode for a long time. â€‹This weekend is an invitation to step out of that.

What This Retreat Is Really About:

Throughout the weekend, we focus on:​

  • Calming the nervous system

  • Reconnecting with your body in gentle, respectful ways

  • Rest, play, and deep exhale moments

  • Co-regulation through safe, attuned connection

  • Letting yourself receive instead of caretake

  • There is no pressure to share or perform. 

  • Rest as much or as little as you need.

What to Expect:

  • Cozy beds and quiet mornings

  • Nourishing meals and snacks prepared for you

  • Gentle movement, breathwork, and somatic practices

  • In-home professional massage and optional Reiki

  • Bonfires, journaling, crafts, coloring, and laughter

  • Time to nap, walk the land, or sit by the pond

  • Laughter, connection, and the particular magic of others who stop pretending

  • Embodied transformation—not a talk, not a workshop. An experience.
